<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Efusjon is participating in the rapidly growing energy drink market. The category has seen increasing competition and many ‘me too’ products. However, there have been new categories of drinks which show strong demand for alternatives to the traditional ingredients like Guarana and Taurine. A good example of an alternative product that has been successful is ‘5 Hour Energy’.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Because efusjon uses the Acai berry to create and energy boost for the consumer, it has an opportunity to appeal to a new audience looking for healthy alternatives to the traditional ingredients used. Women, children and baby boomers are categories of consumers who could benefit from these new, healthy approaches to energy and feeling alert. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">5 Hour Energy and efusjon share the concept of avoiding an ‘energy crash’, a phenomenon that occurs with traditional energy drinks. The ingredients within efusjon claim to produce a sustained energy release and prevent the consumer from experiencing the crash effect.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The price of an efusjon energy drink is comparable to other traditional products like Red Bull, Monster and Sobe. Despite being and MLM or business opportunity, efusjon doesn’t overinflate the product price and gouge it’s distributors.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Business Opportunity:</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Efusjon is an MLM or Network Marketing business. Traditionally this means high upfront costs for a consumer to participate in the income generation opportunity. However, purchasing the business only costs $30 to join the “Energy Club” and have a chance to generate revenue.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The payment plan consists of an unproven Community Matrix that has several innovative features to drive positive distributor behavior and support early success. The main innovation is ‘matrix overlap’ which occurs when distributors share revenue from positions recruited by members outside their team.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">To qualify for payment, a member of the efusjon Energy Club must personally recruit 3 members into their downline. Every member commits to a monthly autoship of 48 energy drinks which costs $120 plus S&amp;H.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The company allows its distributors to purchase 3 positions within the Community Matrix. This gives the distributor a chance to receive income from 3 different positions and multiply their earnings.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Competitors:</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Efusjon enjoyed a short period where no direct MLM competitors existed in the Acai berry energy drink category. However, both Xango and Mona Vie have launched similar energy drinks that should be considered.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Mona Vie has over 2 million distributors and poses some threat to the excitement of efusjon. However, there are key differentiators that make efusjon’s long term opportunity for growth more compelling.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Marketing Support:</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Efusjon has teamed up with Facebook to provide an innovative marketing system for it’s distributors (not yet released at the time of this review). Each distributor will receive access to a profile ’skin’ that can be applied to their Facebook profile.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The profile skin will give visitors an efusjon brand experience and allow them to learn more about the efusjon business opportunity. The concept is very unique and will drive a more global launch.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Distributors are also provided a replicated website typical for an MLM business of this type. It’s informative and has acceptable back-office features. One thing missing is a way for a distributor to capture a lead from the website home page. So only warm prospects should be sent to the efusjon website.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Summary: </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Efujson is a very easy and inexpensive way for new business owners and entrepreneurs to participate in a fast growing consumer product category.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Both the payment plan and marketing support bring innovations to the MLM and Network Marketing industry.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The payment plan is simple and lucrative and I expect efusjon to enjoy rapid success with an opportunity to sustain growth.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">He’s joined 5 businesses in the past 2 years and may have a few hundred bucks in profit to show for it. I estimate he’s making $5.00 per hour in Network Marketing.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The last time we spoke, he shared ANOTHER business opportunity with me.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">[Be aware that I’ve been trying to coach this friend for the past 2 years on how to really get rich in Network Marketing. What I’ve told him has nothing to do with buying more businesses. Buying another business and expecting the same results is, by definition, pure insanity.]</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Hey, I get it. It’s easy to get caught in the hype of a new business. I made the same mistakes early in my career. It usually appeals to the ‘something for nothing’ mentality and it’s a deadly lure.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Here’s why. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">It’s usually an emotional buying decision and we skip the FIRST RATIONAL STEP:</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">We need a growing list of prospects and distributors that know, like and trust us.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">If we don’t have a big, strong list of prospects, who is going to buy from us?</span></span></p>

No one can take a list away from you. If you develop and nurture a relationship with everyone on your list, even a small list can be worth millions.</span></span></p>

Studies show that when given a single choice about 2/3 of people will make a decision. When faced with two choices to choose from, they like both choices less and start looking for other options or they choose the most different choice. When you are persuading, you must drive people down to making one decision, give them one idea or product or service to choose from and you&#8217;ll become much more persuasive instantly.”</span></span></p>
